Imagine the time it takes to process hundreds of conversations and respond to hundreds of emails. Other popular topics include bug reports, blog topics, and FAQs. Boards can be public or private\u200a\u2014\u200asome teams use boards to keep track of feedback internally.<\/p>\n<p>You can follow up with comments or change the status of a post to \u201cin-progress\u201d or \u201ccomplete\u201d. They\u2019ll love you for that.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Make informed product decisions<\/h2>\n<p>We aren\u2019t trying to automate product management.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.intercom.com\/blog\/product-strategy-means-saying-no\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Just because your users ask for something doesn\u2019t mean you should build it.<\/a>\u00a0You still need to decide which features align with your mission and key metrics. Feedback helps you be more informed in this process.<\/p>\n<p>Canny was designed to help your team answer questions like:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What are the top 5 most requested features?<\/li>\n<li>Which customers care about feature X?<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/feedback.canny.io\/integrations\/p\/intercom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Coming Soon<\/a>: What do paying customer want most?
